Mission Statement
The Missouri Cancer Consortium Breast Health Workgroup’s mission is to improve breast health outcomes for Missouri’s residents, especially for chronically underserved populations, by: combining community, local and state resources to build and execute strategies and activities that align with both the Missouri Cancer Consortium and Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services-Comprehensive Cancer Control Program goals and objectives.
Current Projects
Mammograms Across Missouri
Grant opportunity to identify barriers to breast cancer screening. Conducting key informant interviews of mammography providers in high mortality counties.
